About us
A personal bridge between talent and employers
We are career connectors, not the hiring employer. We help job seekers search for roles, apply with confidence and connect with independent employers through personal introductions.
Who we are
Dauntless Career Connector is a worldwide career connection company. We do not hire people for the vacancies listed here. We make introductions between job seekers and independent employers across industries and regions. Employers handle interviews, offers, employment contracts and hiring decisions.
For job seekers
Create a free profile, upload your CV and apply to verified jobs. Our team helps you search for roles that fit your skills and supports you through every application. When you're a strong match, we contact you by email and introduce you directly to the employer. We never charge candidates.
For employers
Share your company’s vacancies free. We review listings and help connect you with interested applicants. Review applications in your employer dashboard; your company decides whom to interview and hire.
Trust & verification
Every job is approved by an administrator before it goes live. Edited jobs return to review, and anyone can report a suspicious listing.
